About Vaiva:
Vaiva originally comes from Lithuania, but has been traveling a lot and has some genuine Salsa experience from other countries like Poland, Germany, Netherlands, UK, France, and Morocco. She started dancing Salsa three years ago when a friend of her invited her to join some lessons and try something new. Then, in 2008, it all began. So far she has participated in a few festivals, congresses and contests. The most significant one was in 2010 where she and her partner won 1st place in the Baltic Salsa Show Cup.
Vaiva has been dancing all her life since her childhood. At the age of six she started dancing ballroom dances for the following six years. Later, she tried hip-hop for three years and also not without any accomplishments. Together with her team they won some local battles and participated in World Hip-Hop Championship in Germany.
At present Vaiva is pursuing to upgrade her instructing skills. She has started teaching two years ago together with her partner. They started teaching Salsa LA (Los Angeles) style, Bachata, Cha cha cha, Rueda de Casino. At the same time, she started making workshops of Lady Styling. Besides these styles she also dances Salsa NY (New York) style, Reggaeton, Rumba. Therefore, for the next upcoming Lady Styling lessons she is adding other Salsa styles to vary your experience!
